At PaisaGames, your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information.
We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, date of birth, mobile number, and government-issued ID (for KYC verification). We also collect usage data automatically — including IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, and task completion activity — through cookies and similar tracking technologies.
We use your information to: create and manage your account; process withdrawals and verify your identity (KYC); deliver personalised offers and task recommendations; detect and prevent fraud or abuse; send transactional emails and optional marketing communications; comply with legal obligations; and improve the Platform through analytics.
KYC verification is mandatory before withdrawal and is required under applicable RBI guidelines. Documents you submit (government ID, selfie) are used solely for identity verification. We use trusted third-party KYC providers who are bound by strict confidentiality agreements. Your documents are encrypted at rest and in transit.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: (a) offer partners and advertisers to verify task completion — limited to the minimum necessary; (b) payment processors to facilitate withdrawals; (c) KYC verification partners; (d) law enforcement or government authorities when required by law; and (e) service providers who operate our infrastructure under confidentiality obligations.
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain session state. We also use analytics cookies (e.g., for usage statistics) and advertising cookies to track offer completion. You may disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect Platform functionality. We do not use cross-site tracking for third-party advertising purposes beyond offer verification.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records for 7 years under Indian tax law) or for legitimate fraud-prevention purposes.
We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, regular penetration testing, and role-based access controls. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. Please notify us immediately at security@paisagames.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
PaisaGames is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has registered, we will immediately suspend the account and delete the associated data.
Under applicable Indian data protection laws, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements); withdraw consent for optional processing (e.g., marketing emails); and lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority. Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or offer providers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
